Seeing these chefs on television is horrifying by the amount of sweat they drip into the food they prepare.This is why I like to cook at home. I like to know that everything I'm eating is on the menu.

I cringe at that and the SALT. Not all people can eat that level of SALT. I’m one of them. My daily intake is kept very low as I’ve heart and Meneire’s issues and SALT effects both.
