Now I would NEVER accuse the California state government of ignoring a region that voted out of lockstep with the Democrat party....but others might raise their eyebrows at such a scenario.
In 2008, Butte County went for Hussein over McInsane 50% to 48%:

It is ok, go ahead and accuse the left..........I remember in Virginia (we had a GOP Gov at the time) when we had a tornado. FEMA refused to give aid (Obama was in his 1st term) and also in Nashville and Louisiana .....No show Obama......the left does not care (in my opinion) about possible hurting people
Are you referring to the one in Gloucester County a few years ago? I believe the Hussein regime refused to assist on that one too.
Massive floods in Oklahoma in 2009...only state that didn’t have a county vote for BO in ‘08. No aid.
Oroville CA is the home of RCBS. RCBS is one of the major makers of handloading equipment for those who reload their own firearms ammo.
Got a lot of Green (RCBS) on my bench!
Still amazing The Beast was that close here.
Way too many dumb people in the country.
Lots of third parties votes there...
Trump needs to fly out there and point out that THIS is what they get when dems hold office. This is also an very good example of why we need to concentrate on replacing and updating our infrastructure.
Although I like your thinking on this, the situation
is far more complicated than mere voting politics. The
ramifications of floods, dams, water storage, agriculture,
public safety, and “environmental concerns” don’t stop
at the Butte County line. And, unfortunately, Brown
and his Brown-nosed Rat legislators don’t feel threatened
enough by the Republicans in Butte County to bother to
punish them. I have a pretty good idea on this, living
about 90 minutes from Oroville.
Trump does not hold a grudge against California just (two days ago?) authorized emergency funding for the dam.
He is President of all of America... in spite of California’s constant war against him, our Constitution and the electoral process.
In my eyes the best thing about this thread
is that it provides the opportunity for some FRiends to
learn that not every voter in California is a
flaming libtard. When you condemn the state to
fall off into the ocean along with all the people
who live here you should know that 3.9 million
(add families) of them voted for Trump. That
was the third highest state total behind Texas
and Florida.
