Spies Keep Intelligence From Donald Trump
Wall Street Journal ^

Posted on 02/15/2017 6:23:06 PM PST by springwater13

U.S. intelligence officials have withheld sensitive intelligence from President Donald Trump because they are concerned it could be leaked or compromised, according to current and former officials familiar with the matter.

The officials’ decision to keep information from Mr. Trump underscores the deep mistrust that has developed between the intelligence community and the president over his team’s contacts with the Russian government, as well as the enmity he has shown toward U.S. spy agencies. On Wednesday, Mr. Trump accused the agencies of leaking information to undermine him.

In some of these cases of withheld information, officials have decided not to show Mr. Trump the sources and methods that the intelligence agencies use to collect information, the current and former officials said. Those sources and methods could include, for instance, the means that an agency uses to spy on a foreign government.

So if I’m understanding you correctly...

This is an intentional dis-information campaign orchestrated by Trump to identify and ferret out opfor?

If yes, then I could easily get there from here.

If not, then I’m still not getting the your gist.

Remember Hillary’s supposed statement that “if that SOB wins, we’ll all hang.”?

I dream, absolutely dream, of a day when Obama, Hillary, Kerry, Holder, Lynch, and several others are marched off the federal prison for treason.

There’s only one person in this country that even has a remote chance of pulling that off, and he’s in the White House!

Committing treason and then openly leaking those acts to the press is not something intelligence agencies do.

Not buying it.

I would tend to agree , but the ouster of Flynn is what undercuts the theory that Trump is playing rope-a-dope ... Trump has been fairly quiet in the past couple of days , which means he is in deep assessment/planning mode ... the Deep State stung him and he is formulating how to sting back even harder..

Longer than that. Harry Truman wrote an Editorial in December 1963 regarding the CIA, and how it needed to be changed. I suspect that was related to the November 1963 assassination of President Kennedy.

Don’t forget he fired Allen Dulles, head of the CIA for more than just the Bay of Pigs fiasco. LBJ appointed Dulles to be on the Warren Commission. I don’t recall the news media objecting to a potential suspect being part of the investigation.

Agencies as a whole? No. Hansen, Pollard, Snowden, et al. as individuals...they absolutely do. No reason to think there’s not someone or ones, doing it right now.

This is an overused metaphor but that WOULD be 4-D chess, a false flag on an epic scale. If it were true I would love to be among those frantically signalling, but I didn’t LEAK!

Our government has turned against the American people.

Trump is there for us. They have been spying on us and now they are attacking us.

Time to drain the swamp. Shut down the NSA and their data collection.

Slash the department and the budget.

Fire them. Fire them all.

They don’t have their own little kingdom, they don’t run independent ops. They serve the President.

Now... who in the CIA assasinated Judge Scalia? Podesta said in an email three days before his death to ‘buckle up’ because things were going to get rough and that ‘wet works’ did not mean pool parties.

Who in the CIA assasinated Seth Rich? The morning he was to testify with the FBI about the DNC?

It seems to me the CIA is a cesspool of DNC corrupt operatives and should be cleaned up before something worse happens

It is NOT up to them to keep information from the President of the US.

They should be fired immediately with a horrible job performance assessment so they can never get another job. Make an example out of them to discourage others.

If true, I assume they will soon be unemployed former spies with no better prospects than asking “would you like fries with that?”

Really. How does WSJ even know this? This whole narrative reeks with made up propaganda (that might be redundant) at best and conspiracy to commit sedition at worst. I’m leaning towards the latter.

You are welcome. The more people realize that the CIA manipulates the news, and that we have some bad actors in the CIA, the better.

Another interesting thing, the local TV station in Dallas, started reading about President McKinley’s Assassination, while they were waiting for JFK to show up for a speech that morning. He left that place and headed for the Plaza where he was shot. Pretty creepy.

That’s just one more reason I don’t like hearing all this crap in the news about killing Trump. They sometimes put stuff out as predictive programming to get people used to an idea. Part of their mass media Psyops.

If anything happens to Trump, there’s going to be a huge segment of the population that won’t be buying any lone gunman nut job tales.
