As we noted over the weekend, one of the immediate consequences of the Trump immigration executive order - and one which has so far gone largely unchallenged - has been a crackdown against illegal immigrants residing in the US. Following reports that first surfaced over the weekend that US immigration officials had launched countrywide raids and arrested hundreds of illegal aliens across the nation as a result of that immigration executive order, President Trump weighed in on Twitter, stating that "the crackdown on illegal criminals is merely the keeping of my campaign promise. Gang members, drug dealers & others are being removed!"
But, as it turns out, the "undocumented immigrants" are not going down without a fight.
Per a flyer that has been floating around the migrant farmworker community in California, illegal immigrants are planning "A Day Without Immigrants Boycott" for tomorrow. As part of the effort to demonstrate how vital illegal immigrants to the U.S. economy, "undocumented, residents, citizens, immigrants from all over the world" are encouraged to participate in the protest as follows:
◦Do NOT attend work
◦Do NOT open up our businesses
◦Do NOT shop online or in stores
◦Do NOT eat at restaurants
◦Do NOT buy gas
◦Do NOT attend class
◦Skip School
◦Do NOT send children to school
The flyer also has a direct message for President Trump:
"Without us and our contribution this country is paralyzed!!!!"
"We might lose a day of work but we will WIN so much more."

I know that there are no “law-abiding” illegal aliens and that they are all committing other crimes to remain here illegally, but the Trump administration is only committing to deporting those who have already been convicted of other crimes here.
I want all illegal aliens deported, but it sounds like illegal aliens will be afforded the opportunity to harm or kill Americans before being deported.
Hollywood will have to do for themselves for a day!
I suspect one day won’t even be recognized for the lack of business they otherwise routinely provide. After a month, many may see some decline.
So it will close down California. Who cares? Will it close down tech? No. Will it close down finance? No. Go ahead. DO IT!
Send the absentee lists to ICE.

Say what you will about Mexicans, but they don’t beg or sit on the porch. We have other people who specialize in that, the ones who couldn’t make the NBA.
Will they boycott the free medical care they get locally? I could get behind that.
As I like to say, English is the language of aviation, commerce, diplomacy and science.
Spanish is the language of cooking, cleaning and landscaping.
Sounds wonderful to me. I encourage them to do this EVERY DAY that Trump is President. Let this silent protest spread to the entire country, with every illegal alien and their supporters going into hiding.
Yep. I celebrated that night by going to a restaurant that was actually open and buying a round for the bar. Only time I’ve ever done that.

These morons really have a short memory.
They did this before in California and all I remember is traffic was the best I have ever encountered in my short time living in this state.
At best, these illegals make up less than %10 of our population. They are not nearly as important as they believe they are, and their presence in this country is not required in order for this county to function normally.
I sure hope traffic is better tomorrow. I will be thankful for their arrogance and encourage them to do this permanently. In fact, the smart thing for them to do would be to head south of the border and never return as far as I’m concerned.
Paralyzed my ass, don’t go to work at restaurants, people will learn to get up and make their own damn coffee and food again, gardeners no mas? neighborhood children will earn pocket money again, construction workers bail? maybe Whites and Blacks will be hired again without being discriminated on the job by racist Hispanic workers. Go ahead amigos make yourselves stick out like a sore thumb for easy identification.
