Why would he know? President Trump was not President yet and calls were made by outside of the administration being set up.

Flynn may have made an honest error, but got caught as they are looking for leaks.

I shouldn't assume, but according to the article....

Flynn responded that the Trump team would be taking office in a few weeks and would review Russia policy and sanctions

If this is article true, one would think Pres. Trump knew about it by that time and so did the VP.
Which means they both should know Flynn didn't lie.
The subject was brought up but not talked about.
So why request his resignation ?
