Border Patrol agents in southern California have arrested a previously deported, aggravated felon who had been convicted of homicide but has not served his sentence.

Open borders advocates and complicit news organizations have used the routine operations to advance their agenda with messages of misinformation and fear. They have painted pictures of sweeping raids and government retaliation under the new presidential administration. These arrests; however, are part of routine U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations to protect the public from criminal foreign nationals.

The crime of homicide committed by this illegal alien had factors in aggravation. That means there were circumstances making the murder especially egregious.

And yet he was out loose. And yet the Left gives out a great hue and cry because those BP meanies are separating him from one or more of his baby mamas.

Keep in mind, he won’t necessarily be kicked out of the country. He’ll probably get his day in immigration court.

I think the answer to criminal aliens re-entering the country after deportation is summary execution.

Or, . . . second time offenders could be deported via trebuchet. Very low chance that they would ever be caught again trying to cross the border. I came to that conclusion based on a quick calculation, of some non-human subject experimentation, which indicated that you could expect a range of about 1,300 ft, with an impact velocity of about 80-85 mph.

He’ll probably get his day in immigration court.

He already had it when he was previously deported. Now he qualifies for what is called expedited removal. No new court case just load him on the next plane to Guatemala. If he is likely to just come back they should prosecute him for 8 USC 1326 reentry after deportation. He will get a minimum of 5 years.

As ICE steps up the removal of criminal aliens the Border Patrol had better be very careful out there on the frontier. There are going to be a lot of desperate bad asses trying to get back in.
