Did I get that backwards?

Either way, the mandate is a big deal at both the personal and national level. I’m happy to see it go.

Yes, you got it backwards. The statute specifically said a "fine". Obamacare even argued that before the USSC. Justice Roberts re-defined it as a tax which made the whole mess legal. If he had NOT done that, it would have never passed as a fine. We're all still wondering what was being held over his head to arbitrarily change the legal definition.

Don't hear much from Roberts since he knows he screwed the American populace by making us purchase a private product, by force of arms. It still makes me sick.
