Teachers should be able to make stupid private comments. This sort of thing has always been there.
It is just now being exposed by cheap and common recording devices.
And yes this is the digital age cameras and recorders everywhere, and if nothing else these people have proved that they are to damn stupid to be teaching children, more to the point I find it disturbing that you are alright with adults talking about having sex with and killing children.

Certainly can. Just not if they want to have sex with a minor or if they would like to kill a child. Being stupid always has consequences!

Are you acually defending these idiots. Unbelievable. Not sure what state you are from. Here in Michigan, it is illegal for a teacher to have sex with a student, also illegal to have sex with a minor. And it is illegal to murder nationwide.
They made these comments in a public place!
I don’t want people like this teaching our kids.
Back when I was a teacher (aeons ago when dinosaurs roamed the Earth), we didn't talk about students that way. We were not their peers (or their friends) and they most emphatically were not our peers.
Teachers who view students as potential sexual conquests need to be torn out root and branch.
