“She knew exactly what she was doing,”

And there’s a 90% probability that she was paid well for every vote she cast.

The last paragraphs of a New York Times article on this subject:

Far-right websites have seized on Ms. Ortega’s conviction as proof that Mr. Trump is right about rampant fraud and efforts by Democrats to steal the November election.

There is, however, at least one flaw in that story: Ms. Ortega was a registered Republican.

“She voted for Mitt Romney over Barack Obama in the 2012 election. In 2014 she voted for our current attorney general, Ken Paxton,” Mr. Birdsall said. “And guess what? He’s the one responsible for prosecuting her.”

And you know that how, Mr. Birdsall? According to this form you do not register party affiliation when you register to vote.

I had a history teacher back in the 1960’s that was a real Heinlein fan. He used a very descriptive analogy of how important the right to vote was. It was something like this:

Compare your vote as being like a bullet. One vote, one bullet. Now keep that in mind about an election to choose the people we want representing us as well as being our leaders in charge of the military.

One vote, one bullet, Voting and the privilege to vote in synonymous to being soldiers on the battlefield. In a presidential election there are over a hundred million ‘bullets’, (votes), being fired at each other. And if someone fraudulently votes or in this case votes more than one time they have shot more bullets than you have and that gives them the advantage on the battlefield.

They stole from us, the American people, they stole from us a right, not a privilege, a right they had no right to possess. That makes them an soldier of an invading force at best and a fifth-columnist spy at worst. You might even want to stretch that to being a terrorist as their small actions can have results that extend far, far beyond them.

Read any MSM article on deportation: NYT, WSJ, LAT, any one of them and you will see the word “immigrants” always conflated with what they are: illegal aliens, or foreign nationals here in violation of our laws.

Deportation. The actual word ICE uses is “removal” and we should start using it. Amigo, here illegally, not even a serial criminal like this woman? You knew it was wrong, that’s why you snuck in.

Seat of the pants eviction. It’s a fairly fast process, not the lengthy process that deportation suggests. Now that ICE rank-and-file is no longer sat upon by Obama minions things should progress quickly in the months ahead.

But back to our media frauds. It’s like Lincoln’s statement, `How many legs would a dog have if it was agreed that his tail was a leg?’.
“Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it a leg.”

Yet these paragons of truth, our journalist friends, persist in calling aliens here illegally: “immigrants”. The reason for this dishonesty? So they can say we conservatives are `anti-immigrant’ when in fact we are pro-law enforcement.

So the Jeopardy Bonus question today is “Removal”.
And the correct response is `What do you do with immigrants who are not immigrants?’
Particularly those breaking our laws like this serial lawbreaker. But we will get around to the rest because they are all lawbreakers.

Odd ain’t it, how they and their enablers act shocked—shocked!—that Trump is actually carrying out the mandate given to him by American voters?
You have to go back Manuel, Rosalita. There it is.

I don’t think a Mexican foreign national needs to be telling the American people what is a crime and what isn’t a crime.

1. Horse manure - she knew.

2. Even if you pretend she didn’t know (absurd, given the ongoing debate), ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Gateway Pundit is getting (is it getting or has it always been) sloppy.

She isn’t illegal. She is a legal permanent resident with a green card. She has a legal social security number, has a job.

She got a legally valid drivers license. While at the DMV, the worker told her to register to vote under a motor voter law.

She was told by the worker that she was allowed to vote. (Of course, Obama told them the same thing).

Yes, she voted illegally. But there is no evidence that the did so out of malice. She is married to an American citizen.

Maybe she should have worked harder to get her citizenship. But it seems rather odd that stealing people’s social security numbers, drunk driving, and other real crimes don’t get you deported even if you are actually here illegally, but it can get a well-settled member of society thrown out.

Actually, the fact that a particular illegal vote was cast for republicans doesn’t in any way make it irrelevent to proving that people are voting illegally.

She told reporters this week in a jail interview that she did not know the difference between citizen and resident.

Moot point, as she is neither. She's an illegal.
