I don’t think he lied to Pence. He did not conduct negotiations. Pence went out there running his mouth and created this mess. I trust Flynn WAY more than Pence the establishment boy. Pence is to Trump, as Bush was to Reagan.
Honestly, I don't doubt for a minute that Pence didn't exaggerate Flynn saying that they didn't discuss sanctions being removed, to nothing at all was said.
