So some poor soul waiting in his car for his girl friend to get out of the bank gets charged for murder.

The cops like his fancy car so they charge him with murder for being the getaway driver of the dead robber, so they can seize his car as being used in the commission of a crime.

Your post makes no sense. Only those related to the two feuding gangs were arrested.

Neither did yours in reference to Waco. No bank was robbed.

Hey great.
More of your lies, well mixed with the usual hypocrisy which you do appear near completely blind to. Something I conveniently failed to address? Ha. That's a laugh, and that, coming from a guy who can hardly count, too. Not when an accurate (honest) counting would be inconvenient to past statements he has made over and over and over...

Shove off, Puddles.

What is your investment in the Twin Peaks gang war?

That was interesting, as you'd daid.

The name Bennett seemed familiar to me. When encountering it, among initial thoughts was "wasn't this lawyer one of the defense attorneys?".

If he's not been signed on since the writing of that article (I'm not aware that he has, but which could be "a good thing" for any number of defendants) I must have been mistaken. That's been known to happen.
