The activist group United We Dream says it has teamed with other social justice groups to distribute the leaflets in Montgomery and Fairfax counties.

You’re correct, it would not be difficult at all. As far as I know all modern printers and/or copiers include “printer steganography” for just such forensic purposes. A goodly number of folks who didn’t know this “out-smarted” themselves and now are serving prison terms.

While immigration matters are processed under administrative law, non citizens do have constitutional rights that are granted to people. The exceptions would be matters of voting or holding public office that specifically require citizenship.
Aside from that non citizens, even illegal aliens, in criminal cases are afforded due process.

But more than this, your argument does not negate the fact that these "immigrant rights" pimps are aiding and abetting illegals, which is clearly against the law. Read the language of the law I posted. It is in the link.
