its amazing how libtards see criminal behavior in everyone except fellow democrats?
They clearly know what the Logan act is, but they don’t know how to apply it when it is appropriate, but think they do know how to apply it when it is not, and (incredibly!) it is always never needed for Democrats, but vigorously applied for Republicans.

I didn't read all that mess. The issue is: Did Flynn lie to Mike Pence? Supposedly there is a recording of Flynn speaking with a Russian prior to Flynn being sworn in.
If it is proven that Flynn lied, then Trump has to fire Flynn

It seems to me that most liberals have not read “the boy who cried wolf”. By the time a real problem comes to the surface, everyone will have stopped listening. All they are achieving is their own demise. I’m okay with that but I don’t know how much longer I can take the tantrums.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799 ) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position.
We have all Anti VietNam Conflict PUKEs,All the Post 9-11 PUKEs,
These all need prosecuted first befor anyone else gets prosecuted.

...the Logan Act dates to 1799, when a state legislator with no ties to any administration tried to assert himself as personal negotiator for final peace with France. The anti-Jefferson Federalists did not like this private initiative, so passed the Logan Act to make private ventures intent on negotiating personal treaties over international feuds a crime.When John Fn Kerry is convicted then we can talk about Gen. Flynn.
