Chadwick Moore, a contributor for the LGBT magazine OUT, has come out as a conservative in an article for The New York Post, citing his gradual move to the right after left-wing friends rejected him for his neutral profile on Breitbart Senior Editor MILO.
In his article “I’m a gay New Yorker – and I’m coming out as a conservative,” Moore details how after he published the profile on MILO, fellow liberals and even his best friend started to ignore and cut ties with him.
“After the story posted online in the early hours of October 21, I woke up to more than 100 Twitter notifications on my iPhone,” wrote Moore. “Trolls were calling me a Nazi, death threats rolled in and a joke photo that I posed for in a burka served as ‘proof’ that I am an Islamophobe. I’m not.”
“Personal friends of mine — men in their 60s who had been my longtime mentors — were coming at me. They wrote on Facebook that the story was ‘irresponsible’ and ‘dangerous.’ A dozen or so people unfriended me,” he continued. “All I had done was write a balanced story on an outspoken Trump supporter for a liberal, gay magazine, and now I was being attacked. I felt alienated and frightened.”

What this articles shows is just how myopic and brain-dead liberals are. This guy hasn’t come out as a social conservative, eliminate government conservative. He simply expressed some conservative ideas. And he was shunned and attacked for it. The New York Left was sniffing out any signs of dissent from their doctrinaire world view. He showed some and thus was attacked. It really is totalitarian. Even for many who hold liberal views, I can’t see how they’d want to be part of that.
The Gay Community always believed that the left stood for them..yet when 49 homosexuals were slaughtered by a Muslim Jihadist, what did the left do, they took the side of the Jihadist..Hillary Clinton invited his father, a man who said that gays go to hell..to one of her rallies..and what did the left do..said absolutely NOTHING..yet the majority of gays still vote Democrat..stockholm syndrome I guess
Democrats are everything they try to ascribe to conservatives.
Democrats are VIOLENT, HATERS, EXCLUSIVE, BULLIES, INTOLERANT, MEAN SPIRITED, RACIST, ANTI-WOMAN, ANTI-BLACK, and now we see ANTI-GAY!
Imagine what will happen as soon as they remove their blinders and find that the “refugees” and “migrants” from the Islamic world want them dead. And are coming here to make that happen
I suspect more homosexuals will start to realize that leftist policies enabling Islam puts them in danger.
Islam believes that homosexuals should be thrown from tall buildings.

He was first castigated for just writing about a conservative, Milo Yiannopolis. The liberals are so deranged that they can’t even stand to read about people who disagree with them. Amazing!

The DIM party is entirely owned by radical Marxist activists who have become even more violently rabid since Trump’s election. They’re so insane they’re even starting to alienate their own faithful voting blocs, such as African-Americans and gays. If they keep it up, the 2018 elections and Trump’s re-election in 2020 are going to be the biggest landslides in electoral history. Their insanity renders them wholly incapable of seeing their suicidal death spiral.
I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of winning, or of watching the inevitable self-destruction of the DIM party.
I’ll take a gay Conservative over a straight Liberal any day.
True. Lost my best friend since childhood when she saw a bush sticker on my car 20 years ago. The hatred was overwhelming.
I consider leftists people who are unpredictable.
I have one leftist friend left in my life, we do not talk politics. She has had the ability to ask and not judge what I say, she tried to understand. We are on two different ends of the elephant. I think I am at the trunk.
I would not be surprised if she ended our relationship, saddened but not surprised. But through grace and good manners we have made it through.
