Government says they are going to increase the Main spillway flow to 100,000 - which is still way below its capacity of 250,000. This they say will stop water from going over the emergency spillway. This has been an option for days now. What a totally government caused FAIL.
So far seems to be working ... lessening the flow.
But more rain coming in a couple days.
