The northwestern tip of the Wall fire boundary is about 3 miles from Oroville dam (as of July 9). At 1:23 PM July 9, a voluntary evacuation notice was issued for the Oroville Spillway reconstruction project.
The notice included "Inspections are underway to identify damage to critical infrastructure". Notice doesn't say what this pertains to. There are high voltage power lines (towers) that run up that direction near the fire area.

Over 4,000 civilians are under mandatory evacuations and 7,400 civilians are under evacuation warnings. Additionally, the Oroville Spillway reconstruction project is under voluntary evacuations. Inspections are underway to identify damage to critical infrastructure.

Thanks for the link to the fire info, ER. After experiencing some pretty nasty wildfires here in Eastern Tennessee last fall, I am a lot more aware of these events than I once was.
The story of Gatlinburg and how that fire spread so quickly and violently is a textbook example of how things can get out of control quickly when it’s dry.
