You are right. As much as we need voter ID, that by itself will not cure the vote fraud problem.

Too many states are issuing perfectly valid IDs to illegal aliens; some of them are registering them to vote at the same time!
Then there are illegal aliens with fraudulent IDs.
Checking IDs is just a first step.
We also need to repeal moter-voter laws and force states to clear out their voter registration lists.
