With a population “growth” rate of -0.16% (i.e. they are now in the population-shrinkage stage) and a median female age of 49 years (think menopause) -— this is going to be very hard to reverse.
Contraception and abortion are their chosen methods of societal suicide.
Muslim immigration is not the cause, but the nearly inevitable effect.
Seems to me eliminating artificial contraception and abortion, and attending Church at least once a week would do wonders for the German population and maintaining national identity.

My Church is started to lean “old-school”, quite happily for me. Less and less of the ‘feel-good’ nonsense, and more and more of telling it like it is.

Northern Europeans are about the dumbest fools to have ever lived.
Over 2016, there were three studies that I read (one German university, one a private economic foundation, and one gov’t statistical agency)...they all conclude with the same end. The current 82-million population will slide to 65-to-70 million within 20-to-25 (the time period was the only thing that the three disagreed about).
All of this goes at the rate of births, which hasn’t really changed since it was noted in the early 1970s. You find a lot of couples that have one or no kids.
I’ve even noticed some rural communities in Germany now worried because in 25 years....their population of 500 people might be down to a hundred people. If you look at incoming immigrants...NO one wants to live outside of urbanized zones. This is now reflecting up a lack of banks, groceries, and drug stores in some rural communities of Germany.
The blunt truth which Merkel and the crowd have not wanted to talk much about is that the social programs, medical programs, etc....can’t function with a declining population. That’s why all of the major political parties have handcuffed themselves to the same policy. But they won’t admit this to the public.
But the one odd part about this whole story, with the immigrants included...is that another study was done. It was involving immigrants who came to Germany in the 1980s and 1990s. It came to realize that the immigrants adapt to Germany, the high cost of living, and the high cost of housing. And those immigrants have shifted to mostly just having one single kid as well...being all that they afford. There’s a problem here....but it’s a bigger problem than the Germans realize.
Not to mention, that if Germany has the same rules and regulations that the UK has, the taxpayer has to support the muzzie men, plus his multiple wives and children from each “wife”. If I recall correctly, in the UK the muzzie men can claim for other wives and children even if they don’t live in the UK. I wonder if Germany has the same regulations-if it’s an EU directive, then they would have.
The welfare state in all countries need a steady next generation. Immigrants and refugees are replacing the lost generations due to feminism.
For the last 20 years we’ve been having the smart set tell us that America is in the same boat. i.e. our economy will tank unless we replace a declining white population (due to low birth rate) with immigrants.
One thing many here do not realize is that the amount of anchor babies already here is massive. Over half of last years K-12 public school children went sub 50% white for the first time.

German President Glauk learned his lesson in 1951 when his father, a Naval Officer, was taken from the dinner table to the gulags at age 11 for over 4 years.
Then the child (Glauk) was stalked and psyop’d by Stasi until 1989 (several decades). In 1990 Glauk became the Stasi hunter in charge of investigations.
Many believe that Merkel was Stasi.

Read up on this Glauk character that many never hear about. It’s quite interesting that both he and the PM came from East Germany, but her experience may have been the polar opposite of his experience.
