my car does not have a radio with an AUX in. I have a 1995 and a 1998 Dakota pickup, and a 2006 Ford Fusion. None of them have an input jack. Still, I own all three and do not need a new vehicle.

A New Vehicle! Who said anything about a new vehicle? Excuses excuses.

You could install a nice junkyard radio with an "AUX-in".

-or-

You could buy an Auxiliary audio-interface FM transmitter...available at Nordstrom’s, Niemen-Marcus, Macy’s, Target, et al

(or Walmart, for about 20 bucks)

Actually, I did buy one two years ago. A nice CAN-BUS Auxiliary Input Adapter. But the directions said I had to dismantle the entire dash of my Fusion to get at it.

It looked like too much work so I put it on my electronics shelf. I just went over to the shelf, and it is still there, collecting dust on the plastic zip lock gallon bag I put it all in.

I probably need to put it on my growing todo list.
