Now is the time to pivot to power. As the world gets used to the term President Donald J Trump and is in pure food fight mode, it is time for the President and Congress to lead. Whether the crazy Marxists believe he is legitimate or not, he won the presidency by a very healthy margin along with the House and Senate and nobody can take that away. No matter how much they flay their hands and act like babies, they lost and are completely out of power so now is the time to get things going. It is time to Make America Great Again.
First and foremost is to begin to turn this economy around and use his articulation to educate the American people what you are doing and why. Some have been suggesting he goes on the road and have rallies to recharge his energy, rather with his amazing talent can begin to give fireside chats and give lessons on what he is doing and why. A good start would be to explain the immigration ban and why we need to stop ISIS from coming into this country. Rather than a ten minute photop at a signing have a half hour or hour discussion what was done by him and Congress this week, it would be entertaining and educational.
It is time to go completely around Old Media making them even less relevant. Not only are they a bunch of tired Marxists who hate everything about Capitalism they are mostly illiterate about the subject. They all sit there with their perfectly coifed hairdos and makeup in their expensive outfits and painted nails looking like robotic manikins, the women are even worse; waiting for their moment on TV to take down a sitting Republican. These people have no power even though they think they do.
The American people do not believe a word they say and for the most part despise everything about them and their fake news. If they did have any power their dream polls would have come true and Hillary would have won, but she did not so they could not move the people five percent.
Rather than playing their game it is time to go around them and directly to America and the world. President Trump has a unique ability to reach the people and he needs to do just that. There is no sense feeding the media swamp with their object hatred and bias, it is time to set up his own media coming directly from the Oval office. As these bills and orders are issued he can have a Friday afternoon chat and explain them in detail and why it is helping America get back on its feet.
How hard would it be to explain this recent immigration halt while we retool our screening techniques against ISIS hotbeds? He could simply go on TV with a direct feed to a number of news channels and blow up their viewership. No matter how much they squeal afterwards he will get his message out in detail and explain that these seven countries are either ran by terrorists or have large terrorist occupation and present a risk to the American people. Once it is explained and understood he has his base and moderates on board taking those numbers from sixty to seventy five percent of voters agreeing with him.
He could easily be tweeting about what he is talking about with the Japanese Premier Abe during the weekend. Rather than digging on an enemy which is always fun, he can use it as a tool for America to ride along with what is going on and how he is helping drive the economy. As he develops these tools into the power they will become through his need of perfection he can become the force this Country needs to renew its standing in the world. His Twitter account can be a fun little ride-around for what life is like as the most powerful man in the world and save the battles for the cabinet and spokesmen and the chat.
The next main issue is going to be energy. This is what all of these riots are leading to. They tipped their hand with Seattle protesting Wells Fargo for financing the North Dakota pipeline as if that is some societal sin to build an oil pipeline and propel their cars they drive in. This shows how out of touch and out of power they are to make a project which is going to lower the cost of energy and employing people is some sort of evil.
Once again the President could have a fireside chat and explain why these pipelines are the safest and most efficient way to bring fuel to America without the fake environmental damage the opponents rail about. These Marxists are only about destroying Capitalism and making their gummit god larger and not for the American people.
He needs to educate the people of the need for low cost energy for the economy. This is going to be the next great debate for America. They have been so brainwashed by the Three Pillars of Propaganda (Academia, media and the DNC) preaching every type of energy is evil many like Seattle actually believe it. He has to explain if we can get gas down at or below $2 per gallon we can have an economic boom if it is tied to creating jobs and building more industry. America has been brainwashed into believing energy development is a sin and opposing it is a virtue. Just as their belief in tolerance makes them a better person the same is true for the opposition of energy or the lifeblood of Capitalism. This is not a coincidence and why they go and protest every energy project starting with Nuclear to coal and now every fossil fuel is verboten, America needs re-education.
President Trump can go on TV and explain why he signed the bill for the North Dakota and Keystone to make America less dependent on foreign oil. He can explain the value of cheap energy and how it will put more dollars into the families by having to pay less for driving and things they have to buy which are all a factor of energy.
He could explain no matter what you buy at the store there is a cost involved in making it and getting it to the store and that is all built around energy. He could then explain how everything he is doing and will do is to bring those costs down so the people can have more of what they need for less money and stretch their dollars farther. This may sound obvious but there is fifty percent of this Country which thinks just the opposite and those are the ones he can start educating as well as reinforcing his base when the protests start happening and the media goes on attack.
This has been a great eighteen months and an amazing three weeks so now is the time to pivot. It is time to move from winning ugly to leading with power and dignity with a little ugly thrown in. He has the White House and Congress so now is the time to use their strength to do real good for the American people.
It is time to take the chains off and let America reach its full potential. This will require communication and education on a regular basis as he is asking them to go through a major eye opening experience. He needs to explain to them they have been lied to for the past fifty years and there is a much better way which he is installing. He needs a weekly fireside chat to explain what he is doing and how this will help them and their families get stronger. This will keep them informed and all begin working towards a common goal. It moves him around Fake CNNews and directly to the folks who are going to be the key to making this movement happen. It is time to rally around President Donald J Trump.

Thank you Bray for weekly wisdom and thank those who jump into the thread and have enough class not to tell us how noble and wonderful they are that they never watch the Sunday talk shows.

Week Just Passed
You know the Democrats/liberals jumped into the Ivanka spat, what with the wonderful Nordstrams, a store I never bought a single thing at in my life, dropping Ivanka’s line with a few others joining in. So Kelly Conway shouts out a quick promo during some interview or another and go with me on this….this week I WILL buy something from Ivanka Trump’s line.
I just hope she sells plus sizes.
DeVos and Price got approved for Trump’s cabinet and heh, you’ll never believe what the 9th circuit court did. I know you will be shocked but they spit on the constitution and ordered immigrants to come in at will, fooey on this elected president.
Let me tell you a theory I have on this matter. I believe that passports or whatever is needed to get into this country, are, or WERE, very much up for sale with the Obama/Clinton gang. Now that Trump is putting in his cabinet I believe Trump got wind of this, that many thousands of immigrants were do to enter the country as many as possible for such as Sessions and other pains in the butt get in power.
I believe that Trump got wind of a lot of stuff and is methodically trying to deal with draining that swamp because that’s what it is, a swamp. They bought off a couple of judges and are now furiously trying to import as many as they can, and collect the promised monies, before Trump’s people get appointed, debated on, sworn in and get to know their way around.
Finally, a Delaware note.
I don’t know if y’all heard but about a week and a half ago Delaware had a major, major takeover of one of our prisons. I would remind yon readers that there is a huge prison about five miles from my own self, though this particular prison was further upstate.
A corrections officer was brutally, BRUTALLY, murdered, after being tortured for over 23 hours. Our beloved liberal Governor was too scared to send in reinforcements and this CO died because liberals should smoke pot and shut up.
They buried the guy yesterday, and also there was a female CO that was held captive as well. She lived but goodness knows what horrors she suffered during that hostage situatiion.
On a Personal Note
So I found a box of stuff in my garage. Y’all know how that goes. Stuff stored in garages tends to stay there forever until one gets hinky like me and decides to clean it out. I found many, many pictures of myself. Well the rest of my family too but I was very surprised at how many pics I saved from my life.
I put them in chronological order and pondered on and on.
I spent my life thinking I was hideously ugly and hugely fat and as I look at these pictures I kind of laugh.
I was really pretty!
Now before y’all go saying I have no humility….fooey on it, I spent a lifetime thinking I was horrible malformed so I paid the price.
Why I wasn’t even particularly fat, dear Lord, what was I thinking? Sure I wasn’t the next Twiggy but for the most part I was average with a little pudge. By me I thought I was an elephant in human clothes.
I wasn’t particularly stylish as I look at the pictures. Well that was because I was not worth the trouble. But I wasn’t hideous or ugly and here’s a smile. I came across a picture of me, it was from a Parents Without Partners dance. I don’t know what it was about that picture but dear Lord I was positively gorgeous in that picture! I was posing with two men, one on the right, one on the left and again, if that picture wasn’t me I’d be remarking what a pretty woman this was. Someday I’ll put up that pic (I had to take pictures of these pictures because they were all poloroids) but I’m still trying to get over the regret I have for spending my life hating myself.
Although I always thought I was smart, clever, witty.
Anyway, I am ready to begin my Bucket list. I have already made it through the bottom level of Maslow’s hierarchy. If you took Psychology 101 you probably know about Maslow’s hierarchy, which is a pyramid type shape depiction of human life.
We begin at the bottom, which are basic needs.
I had to do a little adjustment to my basic needs.
I got five bottom bricks to my life hierarchy.
There’s my pets. Now I know one does not need pets to live but I do. So I took all pets to the Vet, this Vet who is really odd, heh, and they are all healthy and happy. There’s my shelter, the house in which I live that no longer is lived in by my beloved husband and two years were lost with a crazy daughter. Now I want my shelter to reflect my living situation as it is now….no daughter, no husband.
There’s my own self and this includes several sub-categories. My health, which at my age and with my DNA needs must be watched. My looks, because happy people do their best to look neat and keep themselves clean. My bucket list spiral perm falls in that category.
There’s my finances, which is something that keeps me alive. I have handled the house across the street that my daughter destroyed and I’m not rich but I got a handle on this.
Do not laugh, but having a vehicle is very important so along with my pets at the bottom of my Maslow’s hierarchy I include the Jeep.
I thought I would wake up Jan. 2 and my NY resolutions would automatically kick in. But it took a month to get these basic needs under control.
Oh, and daughter took ten thousand dollars cash for that house, what a lovely person she is, huh? And she lost complete custody of her daughter.
ALL WITH THE HELP OF THE GUBMINT.
Now that the bottom of my hierarchy is under control. I move to my next layer on Maslow’s hierarchy.
I will be vindicated and I will see to it that the awful people who beat the hell out of ME to protect my evil child will be made to pay.

Thanks for thread A.B. A bit disheartened by the myriad of roadblocks, but thankful of the many progresses, especially grateful not having the witch installed in the WH. The battle against the evil media will be a long one.
The only logical explanation for Franken to be on a show is that he is now moonlighting and writing Alec Baldwin's material for SNL. Even the New York Times is ripping the show for those recent skits, so part of the problem must be really lousy writing. Franken never wrote anything funny when he worked for the show full time, so it all makes sense.
This is exactly the communication the republic needs...bypass any channel of perpetual misrepresentation. Idiot-proof all communication.

I think what will happen is that Trump will wind up reaching those who actually want to be reached.His messages which are right there will reach those in the middle and those on our side from the rinos to us.
Just like your strategy when you ran for office and won concentrating on those on our side should be the Trump strategy since many are already doomed to ignorance by virtue of their brainwashed status.
You have already set a pattern that wins. Go after those who will or can be on our side and the rest can pound sand since they are hopeless.

Glad you brought up Syria,once again we need to bring up the fact that Isis has access to actual or near actual Syrian passports that they have been creating and giving to fellow terror types. What better reason for heavy vetting yet its a factoid that is seldom brought up.
