For sure. Stuffy stephy was unusually nasty today. He probably hates having to interview someone who is 40 or 50 I.Q. points ahead of him. Miller is truly brilliant and it showed today. He didn’t fall into one driveby trap on any of the nets.

Miller knows the immigration issue. He wrote the Trump campaign position paper on immigration according to my sources. His answer to Chuck’s question on reducing legal immigration was brilliant. Chuck wanted him to say yes so he could give the Dems a talking point. Instead Miller linked it to jobs and a merit based system. Whatever is best for the American worker will be the main criterion.

Great post bud.
The obvious comparison of how zeros people were treated on the driveby shows vs. how Trump’s people are treated should tell anyone with half a brain of just who the driveby nets support week after week.

I would assume that the creation of an additional district or two would give Trump an opportunity to appoint more judges and it would diminish the power of the 9th..

I gotta tell ya bud every time someone brings up Stephen Millers name a huge smile comes to my face.He is the right guy for the right times for the right president and he more than proved that today. And your are right he has written speeches for Trump,is a former communications master for Jeff sessions and so much more. Finally, we have someone who can more than talks back to the drivebys in a classy way that puts them in their place whether they are smart enough to figure it out or not.

Although I have lost some respect for him, Mark Levin's book, Men in Black, documents how the courts have increasingly exceeded their constitutional authority beginning with Marbury vs Madison. There are constitutional remedies to curtailing the courts abuse of power. Unfortunately, the Dems are unwilling to do so since the courts are their way of imposing their agenda on the rest of us. They can't do it thru the ballot box--yet.

Kinda like NPR introduced John Harwood (Republicans debate moderator) on as a guest, instantly knew to shut off my portable radio and save the battery...

Agree completely. He is articulate and savvy politically.

Happy birthday, Rod. May there be many more.

Out here in the sticks of Alabama, all we got is the Walmart, Winn-Dixie, and for a little completion, Piggly-Wiggly.

Oh yeah, we just got a brand-new Tractor Supply. Love that store!

Hiya Cousin Mike.

Speaking of Mark Levin....first I’m with you as to his dwindling respect I have left for him.

First he thought he was so cool with that NeverTrump stuff.

NOW he’s a real piece of work, jumping on something Trump did and being small and petty.

But this past week I noted that Levin seems to think that there’s a big leak in the Trump White House and he mentioned, a couple of times, that it was probably Reince Preibus.

Well I just don’t know but Levin wants so bad to be part of the beloved ones and he’s just not.

And he calls the other radio talk hosts “back benchers” so I guess that makes him a front bencher.

Somebody tell Mark Levin, well never mind, I know for a fact he reads this thread so I will tell him...

MARK LEVIN....YOU SIR ARE NO RUSH LIMBAUGH!

And Rush never so severely betrayed any GOP candidate, he’s too smart.

Levin is trying to wedge himself into a spot that will have him wiser than the Trump lovers but not as cold-hearted as the NeverTrumpers.

While common sense types like ourselves are just not impressed, not impressed at all.

At least we have Trump for the next four years. I wondered if I could have survived Hillary every day for the next probably eight years. It would have been worse than water boarding and I have undergone water boarding in SERE training.

Levin joined the NeverTrumpers (at least until the very end) at NR as the self-appointed guardians of conservatism. Trump is a pragmatist and a nationalist who operates in the real world addressing the concerns of the average American who is struggling with the consequences of globalism and a political elite that is disconnected from the people.

In terms of the conservative agenda, Trump has done a fantastic job of implementing it in terms of his cabinet picks and his executive orders. Jeff Sessions as AG is the jewel in his crown. No other Republican could have beat Hillary in 2016. Does anyone think Cruz could have won in FL, WI, MI, and PA?

No, I will have to get it. I have his Coming Apart: The State of White America, 1960-2010, which in many ways foreshadowed Trump's victory.

That's why I like my idea of re-assigning judges to different districts/locales. For instance, one of the 3 (Canby, iirc) is near 80 yrs old and likely would retire if re-assigned from Phoenix to Sacramento or Boise, etc....

Similiarly, Robarts in Seattle might think about retiring if he was forced to work a Phoenix court. Less mess, less squealing than impeachment proceedings would surely generate.

The extra judges , as you say, will garner support from local kingmaker senators to get the ball rolling with dismantling of the existing 9th Circus Court of Appeals.

Agreed, although I was willing to give Cruz a try. I'm thrilled it worked out the way it did. And Cruz will provide some great vocal support where he is.

Michael Needham is putting the panel in their place.

In one of the earlier posts someone mentioned that KellyAnn Conway was not on any TV shows this weekend and that some of the Sunday Talk show hosts (Yes, I know that is an oxymoron) had a great deal of "hatred" for her, if that is the correct term they used for KellyAnne.

Now, here I go dreaming - But what is DJT chose to have a rotating list of Spokespeople to go on the Sunday shows?

I would certainly pick the following as some of his best. These spokespeople take no B.S. from the Commie left wing nuts, are well spoken, know their subject and pummel the commies with in your face rebuttals while extalling them as my favorite this or that

KellyAnne Conway

Stephen Miller - by the way - there is a very interesting article on him that I read this morning

Michel Needham

And now please add your favorites
