real immigrants, legal ones, are very patriotic. After waiting in line, paying fees, escaping another country with limited opportunity - they see the advantages here better than most citizens. A friend of mine, also from the Philippines, cried the day she took her citizenship oath and said it was the best day of her life. She’s staunchly conservative ;)

I’ve heard that same thing - some of the immigrants that gain citizenship seem to be much more patriotic than Americans born here, unfortunately.
We were visiting Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello once when they were swearing in new US citizens. Interesting the msm have been ignoring our FLOTUS who is a legal immigrant. If it had been Wide Load, they’d have had pro-legal immigration headlines 24/7 and there’d be no protests.
I work with a young man that came here legally from Peru took 9 years to get his citizenship EVERY TIME he walks by me he peeks into my department and says BUILD THAT WALL he LOVES Trump!!!! It has become a private joke with the two of us!!!! I am also reminded of the Cuban immigrants in Florida that came here legally were SOLIDLY Trump!! You are SO RIGHT about the people who have worked so hard to gain their citizenship their viewpoint is so different from these RABID LEFTISTS!!! This young lady that wore that dress has GREAT COURAGE here music is really not that good but I purchased it regardless because of her courage to STAND UP for FREE SPEECH!!! I am going to look into where they sell this designer also and purchase a few things in his line!!! If the line is not suited for myself I will purchase for friends !!!!! WE REALLY MUST stand with these courageous folks and GO ON STANDING with them!!!!
