I had an encounter with them outside a Sugar Bowl, Georgia vs Hawaii. I can tell you they fit right in to the most corrupt city in America.

There was no “apparent” attempt to rob. You even said so in the opening to your article. And you said the Police Chief called it an “attempted robbery”.
You’ve got to be more accurate in what you write or else you will lose credibility.
