It used to be calls for "translation assistance" from BP was code for, the local PD has a scumbag they want deported to help a neighborhood. Obama blocked BP from answering those calls for assistance.

I work with components of ICE and the majority of their investigations are on illegals committing crimes that got deferrals from Obama. There was no vetting, at all, for the "dreamers". If they claimed the status, CIS was required to take their word for it.
