True story: Several weeks ago myself and Mr. GG2 were schooling at Aldi’s. At some he stopped to chat with somneone and I kept on walking toward the chips aisle. A sweet looking young Muslim woman came breathlessly running up to me and said “ma’am a man is calling for you!”.
So I look around and its Mr. GG2 trying to catch up. At first I’m confused as to why this girl would break out of the checkout line to run up and tell me that. The the moment of clarity came. She was trying to save me from the wrath of a man. She didnt say “your husband is calling for you.”. She said “ a man is calling for you”. So basically any man is something to be concerned about. This probably what women in the mideast do for each other all the time. I just looked at this poor girl and told not to worry about it its just my husband and walked on. I’m still disturbed by it.
We were shopping at Aldo’s not schooling. Lol! I hate auto correct!
