The US is plagued by judicial tyranny. As another example, a federal judge recently ordered this to a civil litigant before illegally confiscating his property:
“You are a fool, a fool, a fool, a fool to screw with a federal judge, and if you don’t understand that, I can make you understand it … I have the full force of the Navy, Army, Marines and Navy behind me,”
Don’t bother; these _judges_ couldn’t understand law if their lives depended upon it. Which way is up?
Yes, I agree. go to the Supreme Court after Gorsuch gets seated but no 9th Circuit En Banc. It has to be a trap!!
I’ll admit: If one of these three clowns is killed by a terrorist, I’ll laugh.
The 9th is looking to escape being the scapegoat for all sorts of future events beyond their control that WILL come down on them like a ton of bricks..

The Ninth Circus should be broken up, and reform it to cover just California. Create a couple new federal circuit courts of appeal from the states that are left.

Totally agree. The nuts on this court know the administration will win the actual case if it is ever actually litigated. If they can stall, then the clock will run out on the EO and the case is moot saving them embarrassment.

I’m thinking that you’re right. The black robes are also sweating over such words as “impeachment” and “treason.”
To me, this is a snarky move. Trump called their decision ‘political’ so now the 3 want their buddies to sign on, too, as a one-upmanship.
After Trump wins this, I hope he pulls a Bush and fires a truckload of judges who feel they can legislate from the bench.
I think the 9th Circuit finally crossed the line and they’re about to realize it. They’re going to regret what they did and this will happen soon. Bet the rent.
