Judges in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in California are opening a new immigration route for foreigners, which would bypass the federal agencies’ sole authority to approve or decline foreigners’ immigration or entry into the U.S. The new route is created by the Feb. 9 decision which blocks the White House’s very popular reform of immigration rules.
If upheld by the Supreme Court later this year, the new declaration would allow overseas foreigners — including those hostile to the United States — to hire lawyers to persuade judges to grant them visas, residency permits and eventually citizenship. That courtroom route would bypass denials or approvals from the elected President’s administration and its subordinate agencies, including the intelligence, law-enforcement and national security agencies.
In practice, the decision would give foreigners the right to sue the federal government when they’re denied entry by the federal government. That right, when pressed by many migrants, will ensure that some gain entry to the United States despite opposition from the voters and their chosen government.
That created right to sue for immigration rights would also give the nation’s corps of immigration lawyers more opportunities to trade U.S. citizenship to foreigners in exchange for lawyers’ fees.
Currently, immigration lawyers bring 1 million immigrants and roughly 1 million contract workers into the Unite States each year, where they compete against native-born Americans for jobs, economic benefits, and political power. At least 165 million foreigners, including 6.2 million Mexicans, want to migrate to the United States, according to a 2009 survey by Gallup. Currently, the U.S. population is roughly 320 million.

8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens
(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.
It’s the law. As plain as it gets.
Perhaps Trump could do a “deport order”. Those they bring in... deport any and all they can find that are not yet settled. If they can’t stop them from coming in... take them out as quickly as they come in.
These judges make me so angry... to favor other countries over our own!! This is exactly what Trump said... “America First”! That swamp goes so deep ... I guess we are seeing just how deep the corruption.. those in a power seat have used it illegally for so long, they have been considered ‘legal’.
Traitors have violated their oaths to the Constitution. They have no authority to legislate.
My thought for the day...... With a majority in the Senate and House, I hope President Trump can get some new laws passed regarding corrupt rogue judiciaries that have forgotten they represent American citizens and our Constitution!
The Judiciary is out of control, it’s time for Trump to start pulling an Andrew Jackson (one of Trump heros by the way) and essentially tell the Judiciary, “Yeah thanks for your opinion, but my order stands and will continue to be enforced.” The fact of the matter is when push comes to shoves, the Judiciary can’t to a thing to sitting President for disobeying them, Constitutionally only the congress can take action.
That’s NOT their job description..

Every state can’t have their own immigration rules. What a disaster it would be to have 57 different sets of requirements. We wouldn’t be a country at all at that point.

They did not even address 8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens.
The case is being made that because of this, they violated their oath and can be impeached.
If an event occurs, the media will blame Trump like they did Bush for Katrina. The judges will skate.
