On the bright side, this decision may break the tyranny of unelected judges. Another great result would be the dismantling of the Ninth Circuit Court. They are out of control and need to be regulated by the will of the people just as the other two branches are.

Gorsuch is wrong. Trump needs to apply continuous pressure on the rogue judges. It’s war.

Agreed – maybe it’s time for another court packing plan…

The liberals may celebrate this now. However, this will embolden President Trump to appoint the most conservative judges he can find for every open position.

Time to shove his whole agenda through Congress. He needs to be relentless and get it all through.

Time to use that mandate.

Trump needs to create a new court “Court of Judicial Activism Review” that reviews all questionable court decisions, including the SCOTUS, and decides if it is based on constitution or if is judicial activism. Give it authority to reverse decisions and remove judges guilty of activism. Then pack it with the strictist constituionalism he can find.

Trump is playing 3D chess while the Rats are playing checkers with only one piece. This is a brilliant maneuver. He is now putting Moslem terrorists and the traitor Rats into the exact same box. He is binding them together. Any terror attacks in the USA (by a "refugee" from the 7 nations or not) will be blamed on the Rats, and they will pay a heavy political price. The Rats think they got a win this week. but Trump just tricked them into walking into a minefield. It's brilliant.

See my comment at #11 for what I think the real motive behind the “ban.”

But another effect will be to push reluctant GOPers into packing every court possible with constitutional conservatives, with this case being “Exhibit A” for why it’s necessary.

And if there is another terror attack in the USA, the Rats will get ALL the blame, and they will not be able to be elected dog catcher.

I would break up the 9th circus, but not at this juncture. Let SCOTUS slam them and then once Trump has more “flexibility” in his second term, break up the 9th.

“Trump needs to create a new court “Court of Judicial Activism Review” that reviews all questionable court decisions, including the SCOTUS”

We have a judicial review body. It’s called Congress. What we don’t have is congressmen willing to use the power of Congress to slap down these black-robe fascists.

Congress needs to pass a new law that all refugees impacted by this decision and let in, need to live next door to a judge.

I proposed something similar to a buddy of mine: The President and his staff should now make it their lifes’ mission to find the home address of the judges involved in this ridiculous abuse of law, find the NEAREST for sale home to them (cost be damned), buy it and start housing the worst of these refugees in the judges neighborhoods, 10 families to a home.

Don’t worry about details. One more big terror attack by muslims in the USA, and Rats will have to go into hiding, and it will be a GOP sweep in 2018 and 2020.

Trump just maneuvered the Rats into the same boat with the terrorists. They will all take the same blame. It’s brilliant. Trump is thinking far ahead, not next week.
