Let things go on for a couple of years shifting the load to another circuit court.
In several years determine that the load is too much, and reinstate the 9th circuit court.
Appoint new judges. Problem fully fixed.

GET RID of every liberal court out there damnit. The Constition give the right to the Government to Establish a Supreme Court and other Courts. Establish a Super Supreme Court if we have to.
These judges want to have a job? Because we will render them useless.
OTOH, TRUMP is playing defense when he should be playing OFFENSE DAMNIT. JUST IGNORE THE RULING AND MAKE THEM TAKE IT TO THE SUPREME COURT. WHAT IS TRUMP AFRAID OF? HE CAN’T BE IMPEACHED AND REMOVED...THAT’D TAKE 2/3 OF THE SENATE....just keep reissuing the order with slight variations again and again. We can issue them quicker than a court can stop them and a lot cheaper.
