Thanks for the linage information. This is worthwhile saving on one’s computer for present and future reference.
It also provides a window into who some of the leftist hacks are, do-gooder liberal to moderate dupes, conservatives, Constitutionalists, and pro-immigration organizations.

Not all are bad per se, but some are pretty stupid and are playing with our lives.

On the other hand, the Trump Administration has got to get sharper at the way they make decisions and rulings (Executive Orders, etc.) They must be realistic and lawful, and have provisions for emergency corrective steps if a serious flaw is found in their execution.

Right now the Left is having a field day with this and with some self-righteous indignation but in the long run, it doesn’t make them right.

The immigration halt has also exposed the dire straits our federal and state courts are in with Obama’s infiltration of wacko liberals and soft-conservatives into them.

Trump has go to fight for every good nomination he and his team make, and they have to make the fight in a sensible way.

The gamechanger will be if a serious terrorist act takes place in the US or in one of our allied countries in the next 90 days, committed by a refugee or ISIS-aligned terrorist.

Then all bets are off, but the American people have to stand by their President like never before, regardless of party affiliation.

Just look at what illegal immigration as a whole has done to America and her institutions, culture, crime rates, and economic disruption.

A country that does not regulate its borders is a country headed down the pathway to becoming a second rate or third world cultural cesspool.

So ... who provides web hosting at reasonable cost that’s not left-wing? I’ve found another item (GoDaddy) that needs fixing.

You are right. If the supreme court ends up to it becomes "law" as you say, that a president has no say about immigration. (insane)

There's no way that that liberals on the USSC are going to disgrace themselves the way the 9th Circus did. The reversal should be 8-0 in favor of the President.

If the Supreme Court wants to create a bona fide Constitutional crisis by upholding the 9th Circus, then so be it. It would be a rogue act that pushes this nation significantly in the direction of real civil war, with massive bloodshed.

This simply cannot stand. The USSC is not the 9th Circus, and it's best that we confirm that sooner, rather than later.

Let's not forget that the Roberts decision regarding the ACA, as bad as it was, dealt with domestic issues. In this case, we're talking about the President's and the Congress' fundamental and plenary power to determine which aliens (foreigners) can enter this country. There is simply no basis for the 9th Circus' ruling, which is probably the reason that the President didn't ignore the initial ruling: he concluded that the 9th Circus would be insane to uphold it.

Since the 9th Circus has now proven their insanity, and demonstrated that they are an entirely rogue element of the federal judiciary, this decision must be immediately appealed to the Supreme Court, where there is absolutely no chance of its being upheld, notwithstanding the fact that there is a vacancy.

If the Democrat party wants to choose a hill to die on, let it be this hill, right here, right now, where there is absolutely no ambiguity as to who is in the right Constitutionally.

If the USSC decision somehow goes against the President, he can simply ignore it altogether, and the Democrats can scream for impeachment while they pound sand and eat their hearts out, and the true Patriots in this country can prepare for a civil war which will then be all but inevitable.

Either the rule of law and the Constitution will prevail in this critical case, or we can admit the truth: that the Republic has fallen and there is no resolution short of civil war.

I, for one, am not going to stand aside while the Democrats allow our nation to be attacked by unvetted invaders.

This is already a Constitutional crisis, and the Republic (not merely the Trump Presidency) is literally hanging by a legal thread.

The SCOTUS must choose a side: either snap the thread and let the Republic fall, or vindicate the separation of powers, the rule of law, and the Constitution.

If Justice Ginsberg et al want to betray the oath they swore, then let them be revealed as the traitors that they truly are, and then let the chips fall where they may.

Whether this nation careens toward civil war is up to the Supreme Court of the United States. May they choose wisely...

excellent post. I think however the SCOTUS will go 4 to 4. the left is all in on stopping trump, whatever it takes. they7 don;lt care about consequences.

I also think this is just the first round. IMO the 9th circuit is going to stop EVERYTHING Trump does from now on.

I agree, liberals have pushed it so that democracy is hanging by a thread. This is bascially a judicial coup in action.

the question now is IF the judiciary tries to stop everything Trump does from now on, what will he do? Just accept it, or defy their decisions?
