Congress needs to eliminate lower court (below SCOTUS) jurisdiction to hear any cases involving the issuance of travel visas to alients.

Then, Congress needs to pass new legislation giving the President even more power in this area.

That is correct. It needs to be said again. Congress establishes it and can set it's jurisdiction. Trump should not violate the court, because of impeachment possibility (sorry) - and no need. However, this judicial overreach is very dangerous to our system of government. It must be fought.
