Thanks for the reality.
People down stream need to take heed and prepare for quick evacuations.
We may get by during this 5 day dry spell and maybe not according to a relative with some real engineering degrees.
Then, according to him, we could be in for some of the heaviest rain this season.

That erosion is too close to the power line for comfort. The power from the powerplant has been shut off and some lines were brought down as a precaution.
