Let me expand that. The entire opinion seems premised on the fiction that aliens outside of the United States have Constitutional rights.

If the Supreme Court allows this to stand, they risk taking the entire federal fucking judiciary down the crapper. Americans are going to die as a result of this evil decision which is contrary to Constitution and duly-enacted law. The fury of the people will not be contained.
