I agree, this three judge panel has just attempted a coup and should be arrested for treason and violating their oaths of office and the separation of powers.
Would just one terrorist
attack, in any state, give
standing to the citizens
whereby they could sue,
since the 9th circuit
knowingly allowed these
these people into the US?
