Does the president have to be there, or just the agent?
If just the agent, they should put him in with the local LEOs, in the location when Milo would be going to speak next; say it’s for advance location eval for an upcoming visit by the President after Milo’s talk.
Doesn’t mean the president will actually end up visiting after Milo; he (the president) can always cancel.
That way if the punks riot, they will have done it where there is a secret service agent on duty.
Seeing as the Secret Service is still in charge of stopping counterfeiting, they can just say they were there investigating reports of Milo passing fake $20 bills.
