This brings a disturbing thought about SC nominee Gorsuch. The "demoralizing" and "disheartening" comments are troubling. The context was concerning President Trump's displeasure with Judge Robart. I do not want to infer that Judge Gorsuch has a soft spot for the "ban" fiasco and refugees. This pick has to be ironclad. There is no do over nor guarantee of another pick no matter how decrepit the other justices are. The Republicans seem to have a mixed record on great justices. Most are mediocre in the textualists an originalist sense.
I’ve been busy all day. Do we only have Blumenthal’s word regarding SC nominee Gorsuch’s troubling remarks?
Let’s not accept every statement made by a Democrat to demonize a Republican as “the Truth”.
