He’s only partly right. It’s also about the federal dollars that go to relocation “charities” and paid to religious charities for supporting people that bring NOTHING to this country.
I would suspect that they come from India, Pakistan, Israel etc. Doubt that many if ANY come from the 7 Muslim countries.

On the third issue, tax revenues, Washington State has not been able to come up with any specific number concerning the money it might lose under the Trump order. Its original lawsuit noted that, “In 2015, travelers from the Middle East spent approximately $96 million in Washington. This spending generated more than $6 million in state tax revenue and more than $2 million in local tax revenue.” Of course, “Middle East” is not at all synonymous with the seven countries affected by the Trump order, so there’s no telling what that actually means. But state officials suggest the loss, or at least prospective loss, is significant.
“We have claimed, very clearly, lost tax revenue,” Washington State Solicitor General Noah Purcell told Judge Robart in the courtroom. Indeed, the state argued that it is lost money, both in taxes and in direct spending by visitors, that gives Washington standing to challenge the Trump executive order nationally. “There’s no reason why the lost revenue of losing visitors who would come here and spend money should be insufficient to generate standing,” Purcell said.
A logical question to these open borders bozos is:
If these companies hired Americans at fair market prices?
Wouldn’t those employees yearly expenditures in the state of Washington more than equal their estimated losses re the banning of anyone from the 7 terror states named by the Obama administration?

The State of Washington and its people suffer no harm by having the benefits of its university restricted to its citizens and those lawfully admitted into the US.
That relocation money CAN BE DEFUNDED!!
At least this way we collect some taxes from the company and I'm not sure if we collect income taxes from the foreign employees.

The more important question, to my mind, is why Trump is even paying any attention to the hack judge.

1. We need to ensure an uninterrupted supply of relatively low-wage H-1B foreign workers from Sudan and Syria
2. We need to ensure a continuing flow of high-tuition-paying foreign student visa holders from Somalia and Yemen etc.
3. We need to preserve the flow of tax revenues that results from those and other sources of folks from Iran and Iraq
These folks and ALL their supporters are bat shit crazy!
Ahhh - it’s not about “education” or “jobs”. It’s about protecting the revenue stream for the extravagantly over-priced education industrial complex, as well as the cheap labor stream for arrogant domestic net-jobs-destroying technologists.
Someone on another forum also said it was more property tax dollars from overinflated home values-overinflated because of demand.
Some of the houses in our neighborhood-and it’s not half bad-look like several families are living in them.
Seems to me like housing, purchased or rented, would be far more affordable without the added demand from millions upon millions who shouldn’t even be here in the first place.
Maybe people wouldn’t need to speak two or three languages, need at least five years experience and a college degree to do data entry and take orders over the phone.
Maybe, entry level jobs would be opened up for teenagers, perfectly good older people who got laid off for cheap foreigners with fake documents or widow women who were homemakers all their lives.
Corporations donate to workers of the state.
IMO, police are mostly in place for the protection of the state.

“I throw a BS flag on the Microsoft H1B Visa reason. I have worked in IT for 35 years and when the whole cheap (you get what you pay for but lower per person cost) H1B IT workers come fro India mostly, some from Pakistan, and some from China. None of the countries listed on the ban. So it is BS.
