Stabucks doesn't prohibit open carry. Official corporate policy is merely to follow whatever the local laws are. If concealed carry is allowed, they allow it. Same with open carry. I've visited SB both open and concealed, without any issues. I think what you're talking about was when some moron decided to pull an open carry 'stunt' that caused disruption. Starbucks corporate asked folk not to carry open. They didn't prohibit it in their stores.
