You are correct. Trump plays the long game. He gives the Democrats enough rope to hang themselves, and they never disappoint.

If the 9th is foolish enough to support Robart, the Supreme Court will not be. If it goes to the SC, it will be an 8-0 vote for Trump. The law is too obvious and settled in this matter and the SC justices have way to much respect for the institution to engage in such an obviously partisan attack.

Robart is going to receiving a smack down and Trump will let the courts do it. It would be a dereliction of Congressional duty not to impeach and remove Robart from the bench for malfeasance. The Congressional Republicans must step up to the plate on this.

In that case they out to also go after the 2 judges in the 9th circus who vote with Robart.

You are right on the money. Trump has setup these buffoon judges. This will go to SCOTUS, and the SCOTUS will bury it in a “New York Minute”!!! Low life Democrats, their “retard’ media and their idiot judges keep self inflicting, wounds on themselves as they destroy their own political party.

Can you imagine that Elizabeth Warren & Al Franken are really US Senators? LMAO!!!

You raise some interesting points there. Everyone is assuming that this would end up being a 4-4 decision if it goes to the Supreme Court, but I'm not so sure about that. There have been quite a few unanimous and near-unanimous decisions from the Supreme Court in recent years, though they rarely got much attention.

As I remember them, it seemed like many of them were decisions about the legal authority of the Federal government (or one of its branches) in a specific matter.

The biggest legal repudiation of the Obama administration came in the infamous National Labor Relations Board case a couple of years ago. Obama was smacked down by the Supreme Court in a 9-0 decision.

With regards to the Supreme Court, it should be 7 - 0, because a vocal, continuous effort is necessary force Ginsburg recuse herself from the case because of her extreme prejudice against Trump. There are numerous political upsides to making this an issue once it leaves the 9th Circus.

You seriously think the 4 liberal SC justices won’t support Robart and the 9th Circuit?

I see an almost certain 4-4 split.

The lib justices left supporting actual law ages ago, and regularly vote their feelings with no support of the law whatsoever......

A agree but with one caveat. If America suffers a bomb attack or mass shooting brought about by terrorist visitors, while these leftists judges eff with America, you can expect a military lock-down of every port of entry in America, and the military will be vetting who is allowed in by order of the Commander in Chief. Watch it happen.
