My thought exactly. Why is a city in another state funding such a thing? Aren’t cities always complaining about being broke?
Tucson mayor wanted all the motor cycle cops fired when Trump visited town - because they escorted him to the airport and he shook their hands. Chief of police backed the MC cops.
