North of the bay area?” Yeah, pretty much.....Northern CA has had its own secession movement for quite a while.....there has a lot of wishful thinking about forming a conservative state north of the Bay Area called ‘Jefferson’......we are just way outnumbered by the libs in the major metropolitan areas.
