I actually think he is deep cover KGB who got power over the years and now is being ran by Putin’s Russia intelligence agency.
my reasoning is that Putin has never made a serious attempt on his life for the looting of Russia that happen just about everyone else involved he has killed or now is in control of there finances.

It’s the principle that Soros thinks these fools are helping his agenda, so he sends them money to help them campaign for election.

That needs to be a BIG issue at each’s next primary time. And when Soros gets RICOed these individuals need to be scrutinized very thoroughly.
