In California lots of funds are spent on the Bike lanes, it is ridiculous the amount of money they spend on those.

And what "user fees" ie regisration, fuel taxes, etc do the bikers pay?

ZERO, but is all for the good of humanity, I can see them in the city perhaps, but in the rural areas and small towns, absolutely ridiculous. Usually their attitudes are pretty crappy and demanding also.
