Why dont they just have a Judge say that Trump cant be President anymore? They won't do that, because that still leaves Pence. The judges will just rule that Schumer gets to nominate the Cabinet instead.

I posted this on another thread; do you agree?
A lot of people still assume the Left wants to play some sort of ball but their actions have shown me theyve pulled the pin on their party and intend nothing but destruction from here on in.
Sessions probably advised them of all hed be investigating, they asked zero to beg for a deal while on Bransons isle, Bannon said absolutely no deal, and the RATS are waiting for the right timing to pop the cyanide out of their molars.
This doesnt look like a party that intends to rehabilitate itself to me.

Republicans must band together effectively with Trump for the next 2 yrs and then shake the dirty rats to their foundations in the 2018 electionsYou have an awful lot of confidence in these Republicans.
Trump stole their party and I believe they want it back.

I don't know about "Branson's isle," but the Left does seem to be in kamikaze mode right now.
Or, maybe more apt with the riots in the cities, they are acting like Cortez at Veracruz by scuttling the fleet so there is no going back.
The Blue Senators in Red States have nothing to go back to, even if they do vote to confirm. It's a fight to the political death with Trump now. Win and they think they can keep their seats; lose and they will be ousted in the next mid-term election.

Their ‘40 years’ of democratic rule via 30mil illegals voting for them has been blown all to hell. The only way back is to recover the white working class that crossed over for Trump.
Instead they are tripling down to alienate those whites... and there is no other grievance group that can save them, even the Muslims who are their hot new piece.
Suicidal is the only diagnosis I can offer.

Those 10 in deep red states up for election in 2018 are setting themselves up for 60+ GOP Senators. Not that this will necessarily stop the obstruction.

You’re right, this is a Cortez maneuver. By giving Blue state RATS freedom - as in, nothing left to lose - they’re forcing them to into a ‘might as well die fighting’ mindset.
Wouldn’t you think some of the more silverback senators would balk at this coercion and jump ship to the other side of the aisle?

Republicans didn’t do this for Obama’s nominees.
This means the Dimocrats are really dim when it comes to cooperation in my opinion.
Unelect them all.

Democrats don't balk, Republicans do.
Their better strategy is to fight and wait for the timid Republicans to give up their position of strength to avoid getting their suits wrinkled and dirty.
