BOR was being unnecessarily provocative when he called Putin a killer. He knew it would generate reactions and he just loves to be at the center of attention. BOR is what some would call a media whore.
The problem isn’t that Putin kills opponents. The problem is that an American would say that he does.

BOR in every interview he’s ever had with Trump tries to get him to either say something stupid or provocative that the liberals, and that includes Fox, can run with. He’s a media whore and nothing else. He also talks down to Trump and and it makes no difference that he’s now president.
