I finally said something to an old high school leftists girlfriend. She was ranting about how shes feeling when the "hits" just keep coming from Trump.

I finally told her, get used to it, I had to endure it for 8 years and your not even two weeks into it. I described some of my fearful "hits" Obama did that affected me, changing DACA immigration law with a stroke of a pen while explaining to us, he can't legally do that and democrats in the Supreme Court suing Catholic nuns to do the dems bidding or else.

She wrote back and said we will never agree, kinda agree with that. Later she was asked a question by one of her leftists friends about who do we help first? it showed a graphic of a homeless veteran and next to it refugees. She answered the "refugees", in all caps.

It’s like arguing with someone who believes deeply in their cult leader. It’s not a mindset that is even understandable. Most of the refugees are fake. The whole “good rebel forces” that we have been arming is fake. The veteran down on his luck served his country and may have been hung out to dry, fearing to get mental help or he will be punished and have his firearms removed.
