Sure he has a plan! His plan is to lie to the American people, support the Uniparty, and get re-elected.

In 2014 he PROMISED us that if we gave him an opportunity to lead the Senate (i.e., have a Republican majority), he'd lead the conservative pack in fighting back Obama's assaults on the constitution. He even brandished a gun at CPAC to show us what a strong boy he is!
