I’ve seen liberal judges spin fantasies on the bench, this ruling is based on calling people who dare to protect America racist. The leftists WILL declare even illegals a protected class, do not doubt me.
1. Emergency appeal of the anticipated denial of the government's request for stay of the nationwide TRO, which looks like that will happen on Tuesday at the latest. In the meantime, the Senate needs to confirm Gorsuch on MONDAY.
2. President Trump may have to revise the EO a bit to remove the taint of a religious basis for the temporary pause by not referring to an exemption for adherents to or members of religions which are a minority in the affected, 7 countries. I don't have the EO in front of me but I believe such language is in there and was unnecessary, just afforded the Dem lawyers a small basis to justify their TRO application.
Trump should open a refugee camp in the judges hometown, and send him the nastiest ones he can find.

Trump can issue another EO tomorrow. If the Federal judiciary on the Marxist Coast wants to spend the rest of their careers hearing challenges to EOs that follow the plain language of a Federal statute, then let them have at it.
