Showdown Time.

Our nation’s courts are filled with traitors.

What are the President’s options?

Can he remove all of them from their positions for not upholding the Constitution? What if he does this and it goes to the SC and now, without Scalia, they turn him down?

A president can’t remove judges from their positions. Why the hell do you even ask that? The House can impeach and the Senate convict, but that will never happen.

No. That power is granted to Congress in the Constitution. They can impeach federal judges. But fat chance ever getting Congress to do that.
