Trump lost as soon as he played the appeal game. it as obvious. Pick a Bush appointee from the 9th circus knowing the was SC was 4-4 at best. Trumps only play was to ignore the ruling and call out the Judges overreach. The EO was a botch from the beginning. NO SOS, NO AG, issued while people we are sitting in airplanes en route. I’ts just a mess. Now if they aren’t careful the 9th is going to set a precedent that could haunt the country for god knows how long. Easy for me to say but that’s how I see it.
